be;yond the spectrum – A Night to Connect was everything it needed to be — joyful, welcoming, and deeply meaningful.

This event brought together people on the autism spectrum from across the South Shore for an evening designed around connection, comfort, and belonging. Spaces like this matter. Too often, opportunities to socialize come with barriers — sensory overload, unfamiliar expectations, or environments that weren’t built with everyone in mind.

Events like this flip that script. They create room for people to show up as they are, connect with others who share similar experiences, and build relationships in spaces intentionally designed for them.

We’re proud to work alongside be; and to help capture nights like this — reminders that community isn’t accidental. It’s built, thoughtfully and with care.

You can read our full blog on the night at the link in our bio, under Community Stories.

Meet Cooper, Chief Security Officer at Metacomet Studio.
Very serious. Very vigilant. Very ready for his on-screen debut.

We’re excited (and honestly a little proud) to share that Cooper will be starring in a commercial we created with North Easton Savings Bank, airing Sunday, 1/18 during the New England Patriots vs. Houston Texans game — around 3:22pm ET on ABC.

It’s Cooper’s first performance role, and while we can’t share much yet, let’s just say he understood the assignment.

Stay tuned. 🐾 (or check our LinkTree for early viewing)

Our commercial for North Easton Savings Bank is airing during the Patriots vs. Chargers game on NBC Boston — right around 8:14 PM Eastern, in the pre-kick commercial break.

This spot plays with scale, detail, and a little visual surprise, and seeing something this crafted land during a playoff game still feels pretty surreal. Huge credit to NESB for trusting a concept that leans into creativity and storytelling in a different way.

If you’re watching, keep an eye out before kickoff — and if you catch it, let us know. We’ll be watching right along with you. 🏈

We published a deeper look at our Locally Invested campaign with North Easton Savings Bank, focusing on one of the businesses at the heart of the series: Odd Fellows Barber Co..

The blog goes beyond the finished spot and looks at why Locally Invested is such a fitting name for this campaign. Yes, it reflects a bank supporting local businesses. But it also speaks to the way businesses like Odd Fellows invest back into their community through time, consistency, and care.

We dive into Mike’s approach to building the shop in Mansfield, the culture he has created for clients and barbers alike, and how those values shaped the way the story was told on screen. It is a closer look at craft, trust, and the kind of human investment that makes a place matter.

Tiny details. Big moment.

We’re incredibly excited to share that a North Easton Savings Bank commercial we created will be making its debut Sunday, January 11th, airing right after the Patriots pre-kickoff show for the New England Patriots game — around 8:15pm ET on and

This still is just a glimpse. A macro look inside a dollhouse, where imagination and everyday life collide in a way that feels small… and surprisingly meaningful.

If you’re watching the game in Boston or Greater Boston, keep an eye out — we can’t wait for you to see the full story unfold.

Some businesses just get it.

The craft. The people. The role they play in their community.

Odd Fellows Barber Co. is one of those places. Built on skill, care, and an easy sense of belonging, it’s a shop where tradition feels welcoming instead of intimidating, and where everyone who sits in the chair is treated like they belong there — because they do.

These photos are part of Locally Invested, a campaign we’re working on with North Easton Savings Bank that highlights local businesses and the communities they serve. While the campaign matters, what stands out most here is the heart of the place itself — and the people behind it.

We also have a blog post dropping that goes deeper into Mike Trowbridge, the story behind Odd Fellows, and how a barbershop can become a reset, a gathering place, and a quiet anchor in a town.

More soon.

Some places just feel good the moment you walk in.

A visit to The Beanery on Washington is exactly that — warm, welcoming, and rooted in genuine care for the people who walk through the door. From the staff who greet you like a regular (even if it’s your first time), to the small details that make the space feel lived in, it’s the kind of local business that becomes part of a community’s daily rhythm.

Spending time here reminded us that hospitality isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence. About showing up, remembering names, and creating a space where people want to linger a little longer.

We’re grateful to highlight businesses like this that lead with heart and make our towns feel more connected, one cup at a time.

The Beanery on Washington in North Easton recently hosted a fundraiser for be; and we decided to go by to support it. A local café choosing to show up for community, inclusion, and connection in an everyday way matters more than most people realize.

For me, this one was personal. I grew up in Easton and graduated from Oliver Ames in 2005. Spaces like the Beanery just didn't exist back then.

If you’re curious about:
• Why you should get your morning cup from the Beanery
• Why spaces like this matter
• How inclusion works best when it’s part of daily life
• Or why good coffee can sometimes do more than you think

I wrote about it here 👉 https://tr.ee/Bndjbv

Huge thanks to The be; community and Beanery on Washington for creating a place where people can just be themselves — and to all the local businesses and neighbors who keep showing up for one another.

We’re excited to share the launch of be; seen, a new film series we created with — a community and resource center building spaces and creating social events for adults with differing abilities and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

This series is about more than just stories. It’s about celebrating the people who make up the heart of be; and showing the world what it looks like when everyone has a place to be their whole self.

And who better to kick things off than Thomas? 🎥
Thomas brings humor, energy, and his one-of-a-kind personality to the screen — a perfect reminder of why this work matters.

We’re proud to partner with be; in telling these stories, and we can’t wait to share more from the series in the weeks ahead.

Watch Thomas’s story here and learn more about be; at https://www.be-community.org/

Fresh food. Shared purpose. Growing together.

The Pantry Garden is a joint project between and Old South Union Church — a 100x100 foot plot with 26 raised beds, all dedicated to feeding neighbors in need. In 2023 alone, more than 1,481 lbs of culturally relevant produce were harvested, from beans and carrots to onions, tomatoes, peppers, and herbs.

But the impact goes far beyond what ends up on the table. Volunteers find meaning in planting, tending, and harvesting together. Neighbors see food being grown specifically for them — a visible reminder that this community looks out for one another.

As food costs rise and benefits like SNAP are cut, missions like this become even more vital. The Pantry Garden is a living example of how people, faith, and food can come together to build something that feeds both body and spirit.

It’s also part of how is reimagining food access — cultivating an infrastructure of people and places that grow more than just food; they grow connection. 🌱

More than forty young adults on the autism spectrum came together for be;yond the spectrum — A Night to Connect — a thoughtfully designed space where meeting new people felt welcoming, predictable, and supportive.

With partnership from Community Autism Resources and BSU EXCEL Programs, the evening offered structure, conversations, and shared experiences that helped young adults connect with one another in ways that felt genuine and accessible. The result was a room filled with confidence, curiosity, and community — and a powerful first step toward more events like this one.

Our full blog recap features the event video, reflections from participants and facilitators, and a photo gallery that captures the energy of the night from start to finish.
