“On Pennsylvania’s ballot, three key Democrat state Supreme Court justices were up for retention, being justices Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty and David Wecht. Without these justices’ retention, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would have two Democrats and two Republicans until the end of 2027, essentially making it so all court decisions would be deadlocked.”

“As much as society makes jokes about the students who might do work in a separate classroom or go to school on a smaller bus, special education isn’t all that special. If you had an IEP or 504, you benefited from special education. It’s normal for students to need extra help in school, as we all learn in different ways.”
