“Studying abroad was the best decision, and it made for the best summer ever. I became a better person because of it, and I would recommend everybody to do the same. We aren’t meant to be isolated in one place, we’re meant to explore the world and learn about each other, whether it be across the border or across the sea.”

"On 14 W. Chestnut Street, West Chester’s newest addition to the downtown shopping scene, Tiger/Snake Vintage, has officially opened its doors. Lisa Karen, the owner, worked as an Apparel Designer in fast fashion for several years and found herself not enjoying the work she was doing. It wasn’t what she imagined it would be and she wanted more of a creative outlet. As she was searching for inspiration she would often go on shopping trips to vintage stores and it sparked something in her. Karen didn’t just jump in immediately to the vintage world. Instead she eased her way in."

"Kayla Lockburner, a graphic design student, never thought her art would be the face of Main Hall. When she saw an advertisement on Instagram for a contest to design a mural, she took a chance and signed up. The prompt was about how mental health and the arts work together and influence one another. “I didn’t have anything really to do over Winter Break, that’s probably why I did it,” recounted Kayla. “But I also just thought it would be a super cool opportunity and I figured, like,
why not try and see what could happen?”'

“The panel began with Dr. Loedel introducing the panelists and defining a constitutional crisis. The definition he used came from the Dean of UC Berkeley School of Law, Erwin Chemerinsky, which reads, ‘Systematic unconstitutional and illegal acts create a constitutional crisis.’ The consensus among many political scientists, historians and constitutional lawyers is that there is a constitutional crisis currently in our country.”

“This desire for new campus housing at WCU is not new. For the past decade, multiple local news sources have covered what has become known as the West Chester Housing Crisis, a growing issue among WCU students regarding the quality and availability of housing during their scholarly career. WCU is cognizant of this issue, with University President Laurie Bernotsky having addressed it at the start of the Fall 2024 semester, but the modular housing isn’t their solution, it's merely a temporary aid as the campus undergoes its aforementioned "deferred maintenance projects.”

“My entire college lifestyle was so different now that I was a commuter, and I had not even planned for it. Some good, some bad but everything so different than I ever could have imagined. The point being, the transition from living on campus to commuting was much more difficult than I expected.”

“Immediately upon its announcement, “The Paper,” (2025) Peacock’s new mockumentary sitcom, had impossibly big shoes to fill. Marketed not merely as a spiritual successor to “The Office,” perhaps the 21st century’s most acclaimed comedy series, but as an in-universe spinoff, it’s an unenviable position for a brand new show to find itself in.”
