She is the author of the cookbook “Deliciously For You”, which uniquely combines three dietary variations into a single recipe, reflecting her practical and inclusive philosophy toward food and wellness. In her coaching practice, she uses her education and expertise to provide holistic nutritional suggestions that help clients better understand how lifestyle choices impact energy, balance, health, and happiness.
