How Long Should a Power Nap Be?
10–20 minutes: Ideal for a quick energy boost without grogginess.
30–60 minutes: May help memory, but you might wake up feeling sleepy.
90 minutes: Allows you to complete a full sleep cycle and can improve creativity and learning.
