I once paused to fully feel my youngest’s last time breastfeeding—knowing I wouldn’t realize the exact day until it had passed. That same intention led me through his high school graduation this month. And wow, did it pay off.

I was present. I felt everything. I missed you all, but I created a pocket of time to be totally there.

There were tears, laughter, and even karaoke in the backyard under the cicadas—yes, the same brood that sang when he was toddling around in diapers.

And now? My cup is full.

I’m living this summer with joy, and also showing up for YOU. From yoga therapy to free biz planning sessions to groups and retreats—this season’s full of beauty and boldness.
