Your healing is a spell.
Your presence is a portal.

The Universe notices the ones who show up with trembling hands,
bare feet, and ancient courage beating from their chest.

✨ Shadow work isn’t always glamorous. Sometimes, it looks like sitting in your discomfort and realizing:

🪞 It’s not just them. It’s you too.

Yes—they’re stubborn. Yes—they’re triggering. But when we hold onto irritation, resentment, or the hope that someone else needs to shift for us to feel peace… we trap ourselves in reality that we created.

True power is in responding differently.
Not for them.
For you.

If your nervous system is constantly activated by their behavior, ask:
🌕 What part of me still needs validation or control?
🌑 Where am I being invited to grow, release, or rewire?

The mirror never lies.
Change the way you see—and the reflection has to follow.

🌀 This is the medicine. This is the mastery. This is transmutation.

"Emotional Healing"

This sigil is to help empower you to face your emotions and work through them so you can heal the emotional trauma that you're holding on to. This sigil allows for connection with your heart chakra and throat chakra to help you overcome the fears that are holding you back in emotional entrapment. Meditating with this sigil will inspire your emotional blockages to reveal themselves to you if you're not already fully aware of what they are. If you are aware of what trauma you hold on to, it will inspire you to start doing the work to heal, to transmute the pain, and to gain emotional healing.
This is about inner work. If you're not willing to do the work, then I suggest you do not meditate with it. This type of healing involves work, power, and strength.
