🍫C h o c o N u t s 🍫
🍫 Late night snack with the ChocoNuts fondant recipe waiting for you right here 👇🏻 So does it melt you too? 😍 Who's going out this weekend? 🔥
💥 INGREDIENTS:

90g of hazelnut oil
180g of dark chocolate
80g of chocolate hazelnut spread dough
20g de sucre
3 eggs
45g of flour
25g of hazelnut powder

💥INSTRUCTIONS:

* In a salad bowl mix the oil, previously melted chocolate and the dough to spread.
*Once the mixture is homogeneous add eggs and sugar. stir it up again.
*Finish by incorporating flour and sifted hazelnut powder.
* Once your fondant dough is homogeneous, pour this preparation into a 16cm buttered circle or mold.
* Cook the whole set for about 15-16 min at 180°C. Let it sit before you de-mold 😋

🍫 At the beginning of the week, does a part of Brookie sound familiar to you? 😌🤤

🍫INGREDIENTS🍫

Brownie part:
* 145g of T55 flour
* 150g vergeois sugar
* 145g beurre demi-sel
* 4 eggs
* 250g of dark chocolate
* 50g liquid cream 30%
* Fleur de sel

Cookie part:
* 170g classic T55 flour
* 120g sucre complet
* 1 œuf
* 125g beurre demi-sel
* 1cc yeast
* 150g dark chocolate

🍫INSTRUCTIONS🍫

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Brownie part:

Start by melting the butter and chocolate in a marie bath then let cool.

In a separate salad bowl, lather eggs with sugar. Add this mix to warm chocolate/butter mix.

Finish with flour, cream and flower salt.

Pour in a 20x20cm frame and move to the cookie part.

Cookie part:

Whip the melted butter in sugar. Add the egg and mix to homogenize everything.

Finish with flour/yeast and gun chocolate

With a tablespoon or ice cream, place pieces of cookie dough on the brownie

Bake for 25 min at 175°C in high heat.
Let it cool a bit before cutting and enjoying!
