Natascha DeVries, VP of Account Management at ServiceLink National Flood, is a powerful example of how hard work and perseverance can shape a meaningful career in the mortgage industry.

Starting as a data-entry clerk at a startup, Natascha didn’t seek out the mortgage industry, but was inspired and quickly saw the potential to grow. “I worked hard, volunteered for every opportunity, and eventually landed in leadership.”

Natascha has seen real progress for women over the years: more female leaders, better work-life balance, and growing mentorship opportunities. But she also knows there’s more work to do.

📢Her advice for women early in their careers?

“Educate yourself, work hard, and focus on making your company successful by understanding the big picture and looking for ways to improve efficiency.”
