📣 Reminder: Youth Flag Football – Under the Lights! 🏈🌟

Just a reminder that Youth Flag Football will take place tomorrow, Friday, October 17, from 6–8 PM under the lights at the field!

Since it’s a later time than our usual Saturday afternoon games, both age groups will play at the same time, with the field split in half to keep the age sections separate.

The concession stand will be open with a limited menu, so grab a snack and enjoy a great night of football fun!

Our 4th & 5th Grade Robotics Team had a visit recently from NMU's Archaeology Department. Dori Jurasin presented some insights into archaeology because the theme of the this year's challenge is to research, invent, and present a solution to a real problem or challenge that archaeologists face. Ms. Jurasin helped our students brainstorm over 40 ideas to get them started. Go Patriots!

The Aspen Ridge Middle School Cheer Team is hosting a bottle/can drive on Tuesday, October 14th, from 3:30 p.m. until after the girls’ tournament basketball games that night! There will be a designated drop-off area outside the front of the school.

If you have a sweet tooth, come inside to the cafeteria for their bake sale! These funds will help them purchase much-needed new uniforms.

Update: Flag Football, originally scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 18, has been rescheduled to Friday, Oct. 17, from 6–8 PM under the lights due to the Lake Superior Performance Rally Races taking place at Westwood and Aspen all day Saturday.

🏀 Congratulations to our Head Boys Basketball Coach, Luke Gray! 👏

Coach Gray was honored as the 2025 BCAM (Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan) Region 15 Boys Coach of the Year at the BCAM Hall of Fame Banquet this past weekend!

His dedication, leadership, and passion for the game continue to inspire our athletes and community. We’re proud to have him leading the Patriots!
