When I attended Salt Lake DJ & Production (SLDP) a few years ago, I was introduced to House Music. It was the easiest to learn smooth transitions, beat matching, scratch, music manipulation, etc. 🏠🎶 is one of my favorite genres now! Transitioning into something so new to me and outside of what I’m used to was a bit of a challenge for me and sometimes nerve wrecking just seeing all the buttons/knobs on the controllers but thanks to SLDP I was able to overcome those challenges as a beginner DJ in a sense. It is still a work in progress learning new things and brushing up on skills that I already have but I think that’s normal for the life of a DJ. Cheers 🥂 to opening up doors to new, bigger and better opportunities!

Few other clips of birthdays that I DJ’d at. On of them was out of state in Sunnyvale, CA as a request from my Dad’s family. I was told that there would be a controller that I could hook my laptop to but when I got there, there was no controller. That didn’t stop me from DJing. I ended up using an aux cord and DJ’d from my laptop, software, and keyboard.

Youth dance 2021 for SL South Stk. I had the opportunity to DJ for this dance. Some of my friends come out for support and be my hypemans lol grateful! ☺️ I play all genres at mostly every event I DJ at. It was a fun night partying it up with all the youth that night! 💃🕺🪩
