Even during these hot August Dog Days of Summer, our Produce Vendors are still able to source Local, Fresh produce such as Purple Hull Peas, Okra, Tomatoes (both green & red), Cucumbers and more!

To celebrate these Dog Days of Summer, the Market would like to invite you to bring the whole family (including furry friends) to Market on the Square:
Tomorrow (August 22)
9am-2pm

We will have a full market of vendors selling their handmade goods including fried pies, fresh baked breads and cookies, fresh squeezed juices and much more!

*all pets must be on a leash to enter the Market. 🦮

Parents, can I ask you something?

How many times have you **canceled plans, skipped an event, left early, or decided not to go at all** because you knew it might be too overwhelming for your child?

Maybe it was the noise.
The crowd.
The lights.
The heat.
Or simply knowing there wouldn't be a quiet place for your child to step away and reset.

I've been that parent too.

Sometimes you really want your family to be able to go out, enjoy community events, and make memories together—but you also know your child, and sometimes staying home just feels easier.

That's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about what we're building with Thingies.

I want more families to feel like, **“Yes, we can go.”**

So I'm curious—have you ever skipped or left an event because it was just too overwhelming for your child?

Back at Kiroli Park. It not too different. Lost a lot of trees. So it's more open. I like it. It makes more space for parties, games, events, and potential add-ons. Dont forget donate to help the park.

📢 **THINGIES EVENT UPDATE**

Hey, Thingies family!

Unfortunately, **Thingies Sensory & Play will no longer be attending the Community Health & Wellness Expo this Saturday, August 15.**

Due to circumstances outside of our control, we will not be able to set up our **Mobile Calming Sensory Space** as planned.

We know some of you were looking forward to visiting us, and we were SO excited to introduce this new experience to the community. Although we won't be there this weekend, all of the work we've put into creating our new calming sensory setup is **not going to waste!**

Our **Mobile Calming Sensory Spaces are officially coming**, and we're looking forward to bringing them to future community events, wellness events, parties, and more.

Our space will include:
