Mike, Laurie and Charlene of The Spirit Calls would like to say a special thank you to Ron, Sharon, and all of the folks at Word Radio for their friendship and encouragement, and for airing The Spirit Calls. If you are looking for a radio station that brings a good mix of bible teaching, talk shows, and a variety of Christian music, look no further than Word Radio. In our area of New England, you can find them on 88.1 WMEK out of Kennebunkport which has an incredible range. They are also on 88.5 Westbrook Maine and 91.7 in New Durham NH. These 2 stations are called Word Radio Life. Finally, you can tune into 88.7 WSEW in Sanford. They even have an app where you can listen to two of their three networks anywhere around the world! Mike, Laurie, and Charlene of The Spirit Calls would like to wish each and every one of you a happy and blessed Thanksgiving day!  each of us have so much to be thankful to God for individually as well as corporately as a ministry team. We want to thank all who listen to our program, those who have been interviewed or have shared their testimony, and those who have given to help us continue strong in our service to the Lord. You have opened an important part of what we do here. We have started visiting churches as a ministry team this past year, Mike wrote and published his first book which is a devotional. We have received comments from those who tuned in and they are all receiving a blessing from God through our efforts here. Thanks again to everyone who has been a part of this program, and we wish each and everyone of you a blessed Thanksgiving and a great start to the Christmas season. God bless you all.

Hi friends! Mike and Laurie had the privilege of attending worship at Grace Family Church Assembly of God at 1176 Main Street in Waterboro on Sunday. Their service is at 10am. Mike visited there a month ago with The Greatest Gift and ran into a long lost family friend named Theresa Rankin who attends this church. On Sunday they had a missionary named Alban from Albania who has a ministry to families with special needs called Bridge to Hope. He will be featured on an interview set to air November 16th. We are so thankful to Pastor Dave, Martha, and the congregation of Grace Family Church for being so welcoming to us. We hope for an opportunity to come and share a word about Christian radio with the folks there in the near future. If you are looking for a Sunday morning service, a good family atmosphere, free and lively worship, and the preaching of the Word of God, stop by at 10am on Sunday. Tell Pastor Dave and Martha that The Spirit Calls sent you.

Hi friends. Well, we all know that the bible tells us to go out into the highways and byways and compel the people to come in to the Kingdom of God. The ministry of The Spirit Calls exists to bring those who listen to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and to encourage the body of Christ. With every broadcast, we endeavor to do just that. This summer, we have been instructed by God to go out and visit churches in the area in an effort to introduce our ministry and invite the people to get involved. Wednesday night we went to visit our friends at Sanford First Baptist Church on Main Street. It was great to reconnect with Pastor Phil and Norma, Peter and Cheryl, Janet, and others that we've known over the years. Friends, we are visiting the churches because we want to come back and share a message of hope, healing and inspiration, as well as bring an awareness of the importance of Christian Radio. Our own Mike BIasin has written devotional geard to helping to inspire people to believe God for their healing and miracles, and he is preaching this message at any opportunity he gets. We'd love to come to your church on a Wednesday night, participte in your service, and then bring a message to your congregation. It will leave you encouraged, inspired, and give you a platform and a voice to share your testimony and message of faith. It will enable you to support a locally based Christian voice on the airwaves. we encourage you to give us a call and let us minister at your Wednesday night service. Hi friends and Christians! This is a message from Mike and Laurie.
"My beautiful fiancé and I are so thankful for five years, praying and waiting patiently for God's perfect mate. She has arrived for me and I for her. It's all brand new for me and my fiancé, but with your help, as our Christian brothers and sisters, as I've devoted my life to serving God and been patiently waiting, the time will soon be here!
I was always told to look on the things of others more than myself, and I've always been a servant throughout the years. God has shown me that my brothers and sisters will stand with me, to not only make this one of the most beautiful and exciting times of our lives, and an opportunity for all of you to join in and be part of the effort and share a prayer that is coming to fruition on June 27th of 2026. Please, as so many of you have already helped us, we have a goal of $6,000. I was told that this is not very much for a wedding. But I believe that this goal can be achieved. There have already been many that have helped, but we're still a long way from our goal. Our wedding is so special because it will be the wedding from God and all honor and glory will be given to Him. The bible says in Habakkuk 2:2-3: And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Your help is so greatly needed.
