Hi friends. Well, we all know that the bible tells us to go out into the highways and byways and compel the people to come in to the Kingdom of God. The ministry of The Spirit Calls exists to bring those who listen to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and to encourage the body of Christ. With every broadcast, we endeavor to do just that. This summer, we have been instructed by God to go out and visit churches in the area in an effort to introduce our ministry and invite the people to get involved. Wednesday night we went to visit our friends at Sanford First Baptist Church on Main Street. It was great to reconnect with Pastor Phil and Norma, Peter and Cheryl, Janet, and others that we've known over the years. Friends, we are visiting the churches because we want to come back and share a message of hope, healing and inspiration, as well as bring an awareness of the importance of Christian Radio. Our own Mike BIasin has written devotional geard to helping to inspire people to believe God for their healing and miracles, and he is preaching this message at any opportunity he gets. We'd love to come to your church on a Wednesday night, participte in your service, and then bring a message to your congregation. It will leave you encouraged, inspired, and give you a platform and a voice to share your testimony and message of faith. It will enable you to support a locally based Christian voice on the airwaves. we encourage you to give us a call and let us minister at your Wednesday night service. Hi friends and Christians! This is a message from Mike and Laurie.
"My beautiful fiancé and I are so thankful for five years, praying and waiting patiently for God's perfect mate. She has arrived for me and I for her. It's all brand new for me and my fiancé, but with your help, as our Christian brothers and sisters, as I've devoted my life to serving God and been patiently waiting, the time will soon be here!
I was always told to look on the things of others more than myself, and I've always been a servant throughout the years. God has shown me that my brothers and sisters will stand with me, to not only make this one of the most beautiful and exciting times of our lives, and an opportunity for all of you to join in and be part of the effort and share a prayer that is coming to fruition on June 27th of 2026. Please, as so many of you have already helped us, we have a goal of $6,000. I was told that this is not very much for a wedding. But I believe that this goal can be achieved. There have already been many that have helped, but we're still a long way from our goal. Our wedding is so special because it will be the wedding from God and all honor and glory will be given to Him. The bible says in Habakkuk 2:2-3: And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Your help is so greatly needed. Hello TSC family! As the team of The Spirit Calls continues to press on to the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus, we've been visiting churches, getting to know our brothers and sisters in those churches, and introducing our ministry to them. On Wednesday we visited Mercy Chapel in Sanford Maine. Pastor Jonah was not there, but his guest minister, Pastor Matt did a fantastic job of bringing the Word of God. The worship was excellent as well, as they shared both old and new worship songs so we could all enter in.
Friends, It's important for God's People to support Christian radio. There are many souls out there who may not ever enter into a church building, and Christian program providers like The SPirit Calls, and stations like our friends at Word Radio are out there sharing the much needed bread of life with those who are hungering and thirsting after righteousness. GOOD AFTERNOON AWESOME TSC FAMILY! Well we have been blessed to be able to go out and meet our brothers and sisters in the community this summer. We had the privilege of visiting with Pastor Will and the congregation at Pleasant Street Free Baptist CHurch in Springvale last night. Pastor Will graciously allowed us to share about who we are and what we do at The Spirit Calls. The prayer service was held in the basement and we all sat around tables in a nice intimate group setting, rather than a usual service setting. They had a member who lives in Massachusetts who used to live in the area. She was able to join us via Google Meet. Pastor Will and his parishioners are focusing on praying for other churches in the area, so our arrival was at the right time and the Spirit of the Lord led us there. We hope to work with this church and help them share their ministry with our listening audience. Thanks pastor Will and your wonderful congregation for welcoming The Spirit Calls to your church. THE SPIRIT CALLS TEAM IS HITTING THE ROAD HIS SUMMER AND COMING TOA CHURCH NEAR YOU! We want to come to where YOU are and introduce your church to our ministry and message. Last night we were so honored and privileged to visit Calvary Baptist Church on High Street in Sanford. These folks were so friendly and we were even mentioned by the guest Pastor, Pastor Ben. Many people came and shook our hands, received our cards and information, and we hope to have opportunity to come back and do a Wednesday night service with Pastor Todd Bell and his congregation. Our goal is to bring awareness and support to Christian radio, and bring a message of hope, aencouragement and inspiration. Thanks to the folks at Calvary for such a wonderful experience. Everyone had bibles, and they were all soul-centered! Does your church have a Wednesday night service? It could be next. We truly believe God wants to bring revival and encouragement to the church, and get us all set on fire to witness.
