We love Cathy's Curiosities book artworks! They make a beautiful addition to our book club decor!

Working today on my front porch 'studio' so I can enjoy the perfect weather.Reflecting on so many things lately...like the words "proud" and "powerful", my next tattoo, dealing with the curve balls MS is hitting me with....
These thoughts have been twisting and turning in my mind for awhile and last week finally made their way to paper via pen & ink.
Selecting the rescued book was next. To me it was an easy choice - "Brisingr". I mean what is stronger & more powerful than a proud dragon? 🐉 What better to create in then a book whose title comes from "an ancient language term for fire" when MS is trying to turn my life to ashes?
No, this piece will not be a dragon...still working on that design.
