Equinox has just unveiled a look at its first-ever club in The Palm Beaches, set to open later this year in CityPlace West Palm Beach.

Spanning two floors and 35,000 square feet, the new club will anchor The Laurel—Related Ross’ first luxury apartment rental property in Florida. Two blocks from the Brightline station, members can expect expansive fitness floors, unlimited classes, dedicated studios, a spa, and recovery zones.

Since the 2024 presidential election, demand has surged for homes in Palm Beach Island’s “Presidential Security Zone”—a fortified enclave around Mar-a-Lago protected by Secret Service checkpoints. Luxury sales jumped 400% after the election, and one agent is leading the charge: Margit Brandt, who has handled 57% of all transactions and 66% of total sales volume in the zone.

Tropical Smokehouse just unveiled three major updates for the summer.

Kicking things off July 1st, they’re launching a limited-time menu in collaboration with iconic Japanese brand KEWPIE, featuring bold new flavors and specialty ingredients not yet widely available in the U.S.

On July 12, their popular Smoke & Sunset cookout returns—this year at Civil Society Brewery—bringing together smoked favorites, live music by DJ Dubs, and collaborations with top local chefs and partners like Celis Juice Bar.

Tropical confirmed its third location is set to open this October on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach.

Dynasty Financial Partners is establishing its new national headquarters at 400 Central, the tallest residential tower on Florida’s Gulf Coast, currently nearing completion in downtown St. Petersburg.

Dynasty Financial Partners has signed a 15-year lease for a custom-designed space featuring a rooftop terrace, trading floor, and amenities for over 300 employees. Construction on the 46-story tower is in its final stages, with luxury residences, a resort-style amenity deck, and a bronze sculpture by local artist Mark Aeling set to round out one of the city’s most ambitious developments.
