I’ve struggled with my mental health since I was a child. After suffering many dark days and nights, I feel I must speak up. Society stigmatizes people like me and it feels that most people still hide in shame. There is no shame in asking for help when you struggle with your mental health. There is hope and there is help. Society and the enemy want to keep us in the darkness, to continue struggling, to continue in our addictions. God didn’t put us on this Earth to suffer. I am not God, but I will use my voice and my art to speak about my mental health struggles to help others. If my testimony can save a life, then let it be! If I must roar to be heard, I will roar. I will be the voice for the voiceless. If I can save myself through my art maybe I can help someone else save themselves.
