Simple changes for lasting results …. 🤍
Yes we know it’s in the food, it’s in how much you exercise but a lot of weight loss is actually the relationship you have with food, your body, and most important yourself. When implementing these changes in my life, I knew it couldn’t just be for a target weight goal but instead had to be a life-style change. I had to tell myself that future me deserves a body she’s proud of. She deserves a well-balanced routine that grounds her, she deserves to eat food that actually benefits her body. She deserves to live a life she’s proud of. Simple changes for a lasting results 🤍
