Visit of Tenuta Vannulo turned out to be much much more than what we were expecting, absolutely outstanding and highly recommend if you like

🦬600 animals on this huge ORGANIC (certified) farm
🙌About 300 of them are producing milk at any given time
💪only 400 kg of mozzarella per day
‼️NO commercial distribution, sold ONLY by reservation to customers
🎶 the staff plays Mozart every morning so that the animals can relax!!! they believe that a happy Bufala will produce a better-quality milk
🤦‍♀️Animals receive massages through the day and cool showers in summer

You can enjoy there not only Mozzarella di Bufala but also
- Ricotta di Bufala
- Gelatos (crazy delicious)
- Yogurts
- Pastries etc
Everything is made with Latte di Bufala, even Cappuccino ☕️ 🙏
