When do you realize YOU are in control of yourself and your life? How do you UNCOVER YOUR TRUTH OF WHO YOU ARE?

Part of the process to RAISE YOUR VIBRATION is to clear your nervous system from STUCK EMOTIONS that no longer serve you!

As a vibrational being having a human experience, we are here on this planet to heal and grow.

In this moment at the gym, I felt so incredibly in control of my body... so strong. I haven't felt that way since I was in my 30's.

As a Transformational Coach, I love the results from guiding my clients through trauma and grief. Everyone falls into a hold of DEPRESSION sometimes, some more or longer than others.

What was the answer? ASK FOR HELP... something I was not good at and it made me feel so isolated. I did this to myself.

This time I asked.

I create through my own healing and contribution globally to new consciousness through my spiritual growth and sharing light. I am, through my way of being in the world - birthing a new awareness by healing the human heart and bringing it back into balance with nature. Learning to receive is the answer for greater human evolution and expansion.

What an incredible deep journey into connecting with others and diving deep into Self. Starting out in Florida, going to West Virginia, back to Florida, then to North Carolina, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Colorado, back to Oklahoma, Arkansas, Georgia and rounding out back in Florida again.

The ride brought to me challenges, fun experiences, getting to meet and/or stay with some kind and beautiful people and most of all freedom from a wrecked nervous system from trauma that occurred throughout my life.

I wanted to share this to show the places I went and drove through and the people I spent time with. This documents the first year of my journey. My intention is to do a Part 2 as soon as possible.
