In order to get gas you have to wait online and be accepted by the government (which could take months) or go to the black market where gas is $40 a gallon.
Cuba used to get free/subsidized gas and oil from Venezuela but after Maduro was captured U.S. placed a blockade on Cuba and imposed tariffs on country’s like
Mexico if they were to sell oil to Cuba.
