While I continue to try and find out ways to use ai not as a crutch but as a creative tool to offer future services. I was driving home and I was thinking about Vultures and Western Movies. And I thought of this idea of an Outlaw that leaves his bride at the altar to pursue a life of lawlessness. Thus the concept for this album The Bandit & The Bride was born.

That became this 4-track EP. I wrote lyrics for every chorus and all lyrics in the final song. AI built the rest, guided by the mood and direction I gave it.

Sometimes when I’m editing photos, I come across one that stops me for a second — one I just have to pull aside and share some thoughts about.

This might be my favorite shot of the night. At first, I remember hoping the older couple sitting behind them would leave, so the background would be clean and simple. They eventually did, but looking at it now, I’m glad they were there for this frame.

There’s something quietly poetic about it — two couples on an ice cream date. One just starting their story, the other nearing the final chapters. What makes it even better is the little unplanned detail: Jarod and the older gentleman both wearing plaid. Maybe it’s coincidence, maybe it’s symbolism — a subtle echo of time and love repeating itself in patterns, just like that fabric.

One of my long-term goals for the business is to become both horizontally and vertically integrated — to handle everything from photography and video to creating original music for individuals and businesses.

Between 2014 and 2021, I wrote a lot of music that I never released. This track was one of those, though its core theme and structure later inspired my most recent album, Nocturnal Skies (2021). Experimenting with AI, I decided to revisit and remix it — and that’s what you’re hearing now.
