Grilled Salmon with onions and zucchini! I love when outdoor cooking come back into season. Pretty basic seasoning on the Salmon and one turn on the grill. Salt, Pepper, Garlic on the veggies!

Threw my hat into the ring to see what would happen. I am not a trained chef but I love to cook for family and friends. I just want to see people enjoy some good food!

Memorial day weekend! Unofficial start of summer, usually the first picnics/parties of the year and remembering the fallen people who have allowed us to have this fun. Rain has fallen for most of the weekend but we tried to have some fun outdoor food instead. Barbeque and buffalo wings!, the traditional carrots and celery with some homemade blue cheese dressing.

Warmer weather means it's almost time for paella! Throwback to one for the family last year! Everyone get involved with cooking adding, mixing seasoning and the eating! I am starving already LOL.

Flat Iron steak w/bourbon balsamic mushrooms, Homemade ranch seasoned mini potatoes, Maple bacon green beans. SOOO hot outside yesterday, everything was made outside in cast iron skillets on the grill.

Thai fish cake w/ginger sauce and beef tenderloin. Just salt, pepper, and garlic on the the tenderloin. Pretty basic seasoning but it brings out the flavor of the beef.

Sheet pan Halibut (any white fish) with tomatoes, green beans and onions. Season any way you like but we used SKORDO Greek seasoning. Quick, easy and delicious!

Lemony asparagus and shrimp pasta with bacon. The wife really enjoyed it. So far I am still married LOL. Mother's day feast continues!

Crab cakes with mango salsa. They are my wife's favorite. Topped with chopped cilantro. So far so good lol
