New product alert.
ÂN‑DEW was the reason I brought on the ANFISA SKIN line. I wanted a product in the lineup that had azelaic acid for those sensitive/redness prone patients.
Azelaic acid is great for:
💥 Acne
• Antibacterial: Helps kill Cutibacterium acnes, the bacteria involved in acne.
• Anti-inflammatory: Reduces redness and swelling associated with breakouts.
• Keratin regulation: Prevents clogged pores by normalizing skin cell turnover.
⸻
🌟 Hyperpigmentation & Melasma
• Inhibits tyrosinase, an enzyme needed to produce melanin, making it effective at:
• Fading dark spots and post-acne marks (PIH)
• Treating melasma (often safer -especially during pregnancy-than hydroquinone)
⸻
💖 Rosacea
• Reduces redness and inflammation, and may improve visible blood vessels and pustules.
⸻
ÂN‑DEW has 10% azelaic acid but also has PHA gluconolactone making it additionally beneficial for.
1. Hyperpigmentation and Post-acne Marks
Azelaic acid in this formula helps fade dark spots and melasma by inhibiting melanin production, while supportive ingredients help calm redness and even tone.
2. Acne & Congestion
The 10% concentration is effective at reducing blemishes, unclogging pores, and smoothing skin texture. While prescription-strength 15–20% is stronger, 10% is generally well tolerated and useful for mild/moderate acne and everyday maintenance.
3. Gentle Exfoliation & Brightening
PHAs gently lift dead skin without strong irritation or photosensitivity, improving hydration and barrier health.
4. Suitable for Sensitive or Rosacea-Prone Skin
Users and skincare professionals often note it’s effective while remaining easy on reactive or redness-prone skin types
This product offers gentle exfoliation and is great for those with more sensitive skin who may not be able to tolerate a retinoid.
