Ingredients:
1 cup coarsely ground walnuts, 1 glass milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp ghee, 1/2 cup dark chocolate, pinch of elaichi powder, raisins and walnuts for garnishing

Steps:
1. Heat ghee in a pan
2. Roast ground walnuts quickly
3. Add milk and cook until it thickens
4. Add sugar and dark chocolate
5. Mix well and cook another 2-3 mins
6. Add elaichi powder
7. Garnish with raisins and walnuts

Smoky Tandoori Aloo Tikka - Party Starter! 😍

Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes, 1/2 bowl cubed coloured capsicum, 1/2 bowl cubed green capsicum, 2-3 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp amchur powder, salt and black pepper as per taste, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1/2 bowl curd or Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp roasted besan, green chutney for serving

Steps:
1. Boil and slice potatoes
2. In a bowl, mix mustard oil, Kashmiri lal mirch, haldi, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala, amchur powder, kasuri methi, curd, roasted besan, salt and black pepper to make marinade
3. Add potatoes, green capsicum, red capsicum and onions, coat evenly
4. Put oil on hot coal and cover lid for smoky flavour (dhungar method)
5. Thread marinated potatoes, capsicums and onions on skewers
6. Air fry at 375°F for 15-17 mins
7. Sprinkle chaat masala

Ingredients:
3-4 eggs, 2 tbsp butter, pinch of black pepper, salt to taste, 1 tsp pizza seasoning, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera), 1 tsp corn flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup chopped coriander, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, bread

Steps:
1. Break eggs into bowl, add salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning
2. Scramble eggs and cook in a pan, set aside
3. In another pan, melt butter, add garlic, roasted cumin powder, pizza seasoning, corn flour, and milk
4. Cook until mixture thickens into creamy sauce
5. Add chopped coriander, mix well
6. Add scrambled eggs and stir everything to combine

Day 35 of Making Easy Meals on Lazy Days Nigerian Special Jollof Rice (Tomato Rice) - Oye Hoye Kamaal! 😍

Ingredients: 1 bowl soaked basmati rice, 1 chopped onion, 1.5 tomatoes chopped, 1/2 yellow pepper chopped, 3/4 red pepper chopped, 1 habanero pepper red, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger, 2.5 tbsp tomato paste, 2 bowls water, 2 tbsp ghee, 2 tej patta, salt pepper as per taste, 1 tsp haldi, 3/4 tbsp jeera powder, 3/4 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp thyme, coriander and green onion for garnishing

Steps:
1. In a mixer, add tomato, colored capsicum, habanero pepper, garlic, ginger and water, grind to watery paste
2. Heat oil in pan, add onions and sauté until slightly brown
3. Add tomato paste, mix well until oil separates
4. Add dry spices, mix well and cook until oil separates again
5. Add soaked basmati rice, 1 tbsp ghee, 2 tej patta, mix well
6. Add the ground paste, mix well and cook with lid covered for 15-20 mins on medium flame until rice is cooked
7. Garnish with coriander and green onion

Ingredients: 1 bowl peanuts, 1 small bowl sliced garlic, 1 small bowl kadhi patta, 1/2 bowl cashews, 2-3 tbsp cut lemon grass, 1 tbsp salt, 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder, 1.5 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper powder, oil for frying

Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix all dry spices (salt, red pepper powder, brown sugar, lemon pepper powder) and grind them finely
2. Deep fry ingredients one by one - garlic, lemon grass, kadhi patta, cashews, peanuts until crispy
3. Transfer to a large tray and sprinkle the ground masala, mix well while still hot

Ingredients: 1 bunch chopped methi, 8-10 garlic cloves, 1/4 cup peanuts, 1 tbsp til (sesame seeds), 3 tbsp roasted chana dal, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic, 1-2 red chillies, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tomato chopped, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch, 1 tbsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp jeera powder, water

Steps:
1. Grind peanuts, roasted chana dal, and sesame seeds into a paste
2. In a pan heat oil and sauté garlic cloves and methi
3. In another pan heat oil, add jeera, ginger garlic, red chilli and onions, sauté until onions are cooked
4. Add chopped tomato, sauté until oil separates
5. Add dry spices (haldi, Kashmiri mirch, salt, coriander powder, jeera powder)
6. Mix well and cook until oil separates
7. Add peanut paste and water, mix well and cook for 3-4 mins
8. Add sautéed methi and garlic, mix well, cook for 1-2 mins

Ingredients:
Boiled chickpeas (1 bowl), garlic (3–4 cloves), ginger (1 inch), green chilli (1–2), dried red chilli (3–4), sliced onions (1.5), cashews (½ bowl), jeera (1 tbsp), bay leaf, cinnamon (small piece), star anise (1), big cardamom (1), cloves (2–3), tomato paste (½ bowl), beaten curd (1 bowl), water (1 cup), bhuna jeera (1 tsp), haldi (1 tsp), Kashmiri red chilli (1 tbsp), coriander powder (1 tbsp), black pepper (pinch), garam masala (1 tsp), kasuri methi (1 tsp), oil (2–3 tbsp), coriander.

Steps:
1. Heat oil and sauté ginger, garlic, green chilli, sliced onions, dried red chillies and cashews.
2. Cook until onions soften, cool it down and grind to a smooth paste.
3. In the same pan, heat oil and add jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves & star anise
4. Sauté and add the onion–cashew paste with a splash of water.
5. Cook till slightly brown, then add tomato paste, salt & a little water.
6. Cook until oil separates.
7. Add beaten curd and stir continuously on medium flame till it releases oil again.
8. Now add boiled chana, mix well, cover and cook for 5–10 mins until oil separates beautifully.
9. Finish with kasuri methi & coriander.

Ingredients: 1 bowl boiled chana, 1 small tomato chopped, 1 small onion chopped, 1 bowl chopped boiled potatoes, 1 bowl beaten curd, 1 tbsp brown sugar, green chutney, imli chutney, barik sev, papdi, dhaniya, chaat masala, bhuna jeera powder, salt and pepper as per taste

Steps:
1. Add brown sugar to beaten curd and mix well
2. In a plate, add boiled chickpeas, tomato, onions, and boiled potatoes
3. Add sweetened beaten curd, green chutney and imli chutney
4. Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, pepper and bhuna jeera powder
5. Top with barik sev and garnish with papdi and coriander leaves

Ingredients: 250 grams paneer, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 bowl pizza sauce, 2 tbsp chopped ginger garlic, 1/2 bowl cream cheese, 1 tbsp green chilli sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp brown sugar, salt and pepper as per taste, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, coriander for garnishing

Steps:

1. In a pan, melt butter and roast paneer on both sides until golden
2. In another pan, melt butter, add pizza sauce, ginger garlic, cream cheese, mix well and cook for a minute
3. Add green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, water, mix well and cook 1-2 mins until desired consistency
4. Add brown sugar, cumin powder, salt, pepper and chaat masala, mix well
5. Place on a fancy plate, add sauce and place the roasted paneer
6. Garnish with coriander leaves

Ingredients: 1 small bowl chopped paneer, 1 small bowl chopped green capsicum, 1 small bowl chopped cabbage, 1 small bowl chopped coloured capsicum, 1 small tomato chopped, 2 tbsp boiled corn, salt and pepper as per taste, 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 small bowl grated cheese, 2 tbsp caesar sauce, 1 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, bread, butter, green chutney, cheese slices

Steps:
1. In a bowl, add capsicum, cabbage, coloured capsicum, tomato, paneer, corn, all dry spices, melted butter, and grated cheese
2. Mix well and add Caesar sauce, hot sauce, Schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, chilli flakes, oregano - make a loaded mixture
