MIAMI (AP) — Former Belarusian hockey player Konstantin Koltsov, who was coaching in the KHL, has died in Florida, police said Tuesday. He was 42. Miami-Dade Police detective Argemis Colome confirmed Koltsov’s death in a statement sent to The Associated Press. Police said no foul play was suspected. read more here

Chris Simon, once one of the hockey's most feared enforcers, has died at the age of 52. The NHL Players' Association confirmed the news via Simon's family that he died Monday night. The cause of death wasn't provided. Simon was a mainstay of the NHL’s bruiser era, playing 15 seasons in the NHL. Seven of those came with the Washington Capitals, where Simon remains one of the club’s most penalized players, with 666 penalty minutes in 320 games....

Tony Khan, owner of AEW took to X yesterday to thank the Canadian fans. This weeks AEW Dynamite was the most watched AEW show in Canada ever. With the news of WWE moving to Netflix exclusively starting next year, TV viewership for AEW will most likely continue to go up, as not everyone has Netflix or will want to pay a monthly rate to watch WWE.
