Walk Away Before the Demon Comes Out
Sometimes we’re one step away from making a decision we can’t take back. If you’re struggling with anger, frustration, or overwhelming emotions, remember that violence is never the answer. Health—mental, physical, and emotional—is what we all need to live our best lives. Whether it’s speaking with someone, walking away, or just taking a moment to breathe, there’s always another option.
You are not alone. There are resources ready to support you when you need them most.
