Worcester county was hit the hardest by Saturdays storms.

5 EF-1 tornadoes confirmed in Massachusetts from Saturday's severe weather.

We're awaiting details from the NWS in terms of exact path (length & width) - which will be released later today.
Massachusetts averages 2 tornadoes every year - we doubled that in a day.

NWS confirms an EF-1 tornado touched down in Paxton & Holden, MA.

[Prelim Storm Survey Findings from Sept 6] Our storm survey team found an EF-1 tornado occurred in Paxton, MA & a second touchdown rated EF-1 in Holden, MA. Team is still investigating damage in Berlin, MA. A full summary will be sent later today after a full review of the data.
