The Universe is good. God is good.

Finished the vocals on the song!

Writing and recording this song with at has been such a incredible experience. Trust the process of creativity. When you allow yourself to be in the flow, magic happens.

Since I was a little girl. I have loved writing and singing.

My goal last year was to record a song in a music studio and get my music into films and television.

One day as I was at my favorite coffee shop, I was singing to myself as I always do. Five minutes later, a man sits down with his girlfriend not far from me, listened to me sing, and said, “excuse me, are you an artist?” I said, “yes. I am.” He said, “I can tell..” As we furthered the conversation, he shared with me that he is a music producer with a music studio in Westlake, not far from where I live.

We’ve been recording music ever since.

Don’t wait for things to happen. Make it happen, knowing you have an entire Universe supporting your every move.

1. Know what you want

2 Have a vision

3. Put the work in. Take action

4. Have faith knowing that the Universe is here to support your dreams and desires.

5. Control your mindset

6. Be flexible. Pivot when necessary

7. Don’t stop. Be resilient.

Another week has gone by.

Here is what I’ve noticed this week.

We can all be very hard on ourselves.

We can judge ourselves for what we are not doing.

We can compare our lives to others, and think that they have it better.

We can be our worst enemy.
And…we can be our own best friend.

For me, life is about the balance.

I like to push myself outside of my comfort zone to experience my full potential.

I push myself daily to be the best version of myself while also accepting and allowing room for the mess, the mistakes, limitations, and moments of vulnerability where I need to ask for help and lean on other for support.

Acknowledge one thing that you are proud of yourself for.

Today is a wonderful opportunity to be alive and connect to the beauty that life offers you in the present moment.

Since I was little, I have wanted to be like you. You are funny, beautiful, sexy, brilliant, magical, wild, curious, gentle, and interesting. You are magnetic and so thoughtful.

I am so grateful for our connection. I love our conversations about this movie we are experiencing calling life. I Iove analyzing people’s psychology with you and laughing at the ridiculous moments of each other lives. You are the true meaning of a Mother. Thank you for always showing up with me. Thank you for listening with me and growing with me. Thank you for never judging me, and being present with me.

So grateful to have my good friend on .mentalhealth

This is a true example of a man that does the WORK.

Eric Feig is a veteran entertainment lawyer that hung out a shingle hoping to represent talent in Hollywood against all odds, with zero connections in the mid 90’s. In his own words, partially because of his trauma, he succeeded at achieving this goal and has represented talent in Hollywood for over 25 years including major stars and making major deals. But what interests us on our show is Eric’s story of recovery and his proactive practices that he freely shares with others that help and inspire those people toward self healing practices themselves.

Whether it’s being pro-active and engaging others in 12 Step recovery for more than a decade and a half, a meditation practice that he happily shares with others, an active gratitude practice, inspiring and speaking to people about his fitness transformation, Eric is on a self proclaimed life long journey of growth toward greater mental and physical health and service to others which we talk about in todays episode.
