Promo poster featuring three major vampire antagonists of the Tandem Universe story Vivid Shade: Blue, the lead medical tech; Sylvia Rayne, Empress of Canada; and the leader of human relations (who doesn't presently have a name...)

This was fun to design outfits for, since, being vampires, they come different time periods ranging from the 1700s to the 1920s from America, Canada, and France.

So... in the universe the Tandem movies I've been writing are set in, California secedes from the United States in 1969, amid tensions surrounding Vietnam. They end up becoming a socialist democracy, and this guy, Axel Foster, is the popular president of SDC from 1982-1987, when most of my movies are set. Yeah... I've been working a lot on world-building, haha. Anyway, I really wanted to sketch a concept poster of the guy, so here it is! Enjoy!
