puts on a TON of awesome races, but I think Pumpkin Spice has to be one of my top favorites. People just get so excited for it and so many runners come out!! I LOVED filming this race - it’s always an honor to produce the sizzle reels for these awesome events - and I can’t wait for the this Saturday!!

Something I have really been wanting to try is filming and producing a commercial video and that wish finally came true! I’m so grateful to for giving me that chance and allowing me to expand my portfolio by letting me create this ad for her AMAZING health and wellness coaching business. I think the video speaks for itself, but If you need a coach for - well, anything and everything - check her out. I know from experience that she is one heck of a coach!

This morning, I stepped outside, in shorts, expecting it to be warm like it has been every day for the last week, only to be shocked by how unseasonably cold it is 🥶

I can handle cold, believe me! (Here are the pictures to prove it) but I was expecting it then - unexpected cold though is not my thing!

So, I figured, if I'm gonna be cold anyway might as well focus on a time when I was pretty darn cold and really happy!!

You never know when you might need some extra light when you're out and about. Especially when you're vlogging.

It's also great around the studio because it's small enough to hide places and just give things an extra pop of light!

Having a good microphone will immediately up your video quality.

In fact, it's been proven that when the sound quality is better, people perceive the visual quality as improved too even if it hasn't been touched!

So, get yourself a mic and level up! 🎤🎧🎤

This one might be budget, but it has sound quality better than more expensive mics from big-name brands!

You know when you get something for free and you think automatically think there must be something wrong with it? Yeah, I was totally wrong about this little tripod.

It came for free when I bought my DJI action camera and I thought I would never use it, but I USE IT CONSTANTLY and I love it! If you're looking for a small tripod to run around with, throw in your bag, use on your desk, this is one is THE ONE. I wouldn't put a full-size camera with a large lens on it, but for smaller cameras and iphones this is the best.

You can wrap it around tree branches, light polls, chair backs - use your imagination! AND it has a built-in, hidden, phone holder that's convertible, so you can use the tripod with a camera or a phone without needing to remove it and risk losing it.
