June is packed with meaning—Juneteenth, Pride Month, Father's Day, and Flag Day! In this month’s Spellman Spotlight, we celebrate history, heritage, and the postal past with a look at the U.S. flag’s first starring role on a stamp, a tribute to the underrated charm of postal stationery, and a fascinating feature on a vintage Shriner postal scale.

We’re also thrilled to highlight our ongoing summer schedule, a successful Memorial Day weekend performance by Cheryl Faye as Abigail Adams, and a special sit-down interview with Weston Media Center’s Executive Director, Nathan Suher. Nathan shares the story of our media partnership and how local nonprofits can amplify their impact through community media. Spellman Museum of Stamps & Postal History

Chief Linehan emphasizes the importance of community awareness and encourages residents to call the department if they see or hear anything suspicious. As always, the Weston Police Department is committed to keeping our neighborhoods safe and connected.
