I found this routine online before I went traveling and I did it everyday. Over a month later, I am still doing it because of how good it feels to bounce, twist & use momentum to wake up my body. Normally I do 1 round (7 min) and then go into mobility & strength training. But when I need a quick sweat session & mood boost, I do 2 consecutive rounds.

I loved this workout for 2 reasons:

➡️ I hit all my major muscle groups in 2 rounds, so it was efficient and didn’t take forever.

➡️ I felt energized—not exhausted.

💪🏼 The Workout: 2 Rounds

1. Alt. Reverse Lunges, 20x total
2. Suitcase Squat Press, 10x
3. Floor Press, 15 total (3 reps, 3 sec hold pattern)
4. Hollow Hold & Tuck, 20x
5. Lateral Mt. Climb, 20x
(I used 25lbs for reference)
