🎄The Little Evergreen’s Secret🎄
❄️Once upon a frosty winter’s night, a small evergreen stood alone on a snowy hillside, wondering why it never lost its needles like the other trees. While oaks turned bare and maples slept under blankets of white, the little evergreen stayed bright and green, whispering to the stars, “Why am I always awake when the world grows quiet and cold?”
😇An angel, passing by with arms full of starlight, paused and smiled. “Because,” the angel said, “you were chosen to carry a message that never fades, even in the longest winter.”
✝️The angel touched the tree, and it grew tall and graceful, its branches forming a perfect triangle that pointed straight toward heaven—like the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit reaching down to us and lifting our eyes above.
🕯️Then the angel hung tiny flames of light all through its boughs. “These,” the angel said, “are to remind the world that Jesus came as the Light no darkness can put out. And every heart that loves Him gets to carry that same light.”
💎The angel adorned the branches with glittering ornaments that sparkled like jewels and fruit. “These,” the angel whispered, “are the beautiful gifts of the Holy Spirit and every blessing God pours into our days—love, joy, peace, and so many more.
🌟Finally, she placed a radiant star at the very top.
“This is the Star of Bethlehem that led the world to Jesus, the true King born on Christmas night. Let it always guide our hearts home to Him.”
The little evergreen shivered with delight, greener and brighter than ever. From that night on, whenever families brought an evergreen into their homes and decorated it with lights and treasures, the tree remembered its secret and silently told the old, old story:
