Never let anyone plant hätrêd in your heart toward someone who never hûrt you. Carrying grûdges for others is a bûrden that clouds your jûdgment. Other people’s problems are not yours, and their experiences should not shape how you see others. Stay pure in your judgment, free in your opinion, and fair in your feelings. The most dângêrous manipulation is when you hàte without thinking and walk away without understanding. Judge only from your own experience, not from stories told in ângêr.

Someone told me "you're so strong," and I just smile. But inside, it hùrt a little. They don't see the nights when I curl up, trying to hold myself together while feeling like I'm falling apart. They don't see the tears I wipe away before anyone notices or the times I whisper, "I can't do this anymore," to an empty room. Being strong isn't a choice—it's just what you do when you have no other option.

I once killed a plant by loving it too much. Every day, I’d check on it, hover over it, water it even when it didn’t need it. I thought I was caring for it, but really, I was suffocating it. It wilted slowly, and I didn’t understand until it was too late. That stuck with me.
Because sometimes, even the purest intentions can backfire when they ignore balance. Love, help, kindness, they need space to breathe too. It taught me that not everything thrives under constant attention. Some things, and people, need room, trust, time. Too much of anything, even the good, can drown what we’re trying to protect. Now I ask myself: Am I loving or controlling? Nurturing or overwhelming? That plant never stood a chance, but the lesson it left behind did.
