This is a free event open to all and everyone. This event is to learn how to communicate more effectively with your mental health providers in terms of treatment planning, so you can get the most out of treatment with your providers.

This is a free event but it is a crowdfunding stream event. We are trying to raise funds to continue to provide folks with mental health education, news, and resources.
