The track was super muddy today and it was rough. The track came alive throughout the race. Started P17 today. We still aren’t comfortable with our wet tires yet so we still ran our dry tires. It was definitely not ideal. At the half way caution we fell back to P24. Found some good traction right at the restart and on the long stretch before the gravel pit and worked out. Was up to P18 before we hit the finish line. Held that position the rest of the race. We are stoked with revealing the new wrap this weekend and love how the photos turned out. Last race of the year tomorrow. We are on the track at 11!

It’s the last week of champ for sportsman’s classes this weekend and we decided to get a wrap done. We are stoked with how it turned out. Track was extremely muddy today but stoked for the pictures for the weekend.

We want to give a big shoutout to Brock Heinrich for doing the wrap for us. Hoping for a dryer track tomorrow to get some better pictures to show it off.

Round 12

We had another positive day. Started near the back on Saturday P20. We were trying some new shock adjustment for Saturdays race. Corners were feeling a lot smoother and the confidence was higher. After the half way caution, we continued working the car and trying to make passes when able to. We ended the day finishing P18 but got faster fast lap and average lap time.

Built up confidence throughout the first half of the race. Was working on keeping a steady pace. Started the second half and the track started to go a lot faster. Lot more blind sports due to dust. All in all a good day building the confidence again. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Lena recap: Friday practice did not go well. First lap we were coming out of turn 3 and ended up putting it on the side....

Lena recap:

Friday practice did not go well. First lap we were coming out of turn 3 and ended up putting it on the side. Crew guys got me back on all 4 and we continued our practice run. 2 turns later we landed upside down (the video Friday night).

Saturday round 9, started P12, was starting to get more comfortable with the track. On the last lap in turn 3 again we ended up barrel rolling it which ended our race.

Sunday round 10, we worked on the sxs most of Saturday going over making sure everything was good. Sunday morning came around and I forgot to tighten the axel nut. Rookie mistake.

Lena didn’t treat us well, but we are keeping our heads up to finish this season. We got bark river coming up in a few weeks. I know Lena will be on our list next year for a redemption track
