Random morning thoughts with Jenna:
one thing i’ve learned is that music changes moods.
if you’re listening to a slower tempo song you might feel more down, tired, or it could be what you need to calm down the chaos in your brain to center you.
if you’re listening to a faster tempo it might help you get motivated and out of the slump you feel in the mornings. it can be motivating and electrifying!! i’ve also felt the same effect of faster tempo music that calms my brain because it overwhelms all the random thoughts in my brain and lets me focus!
Long story short, MUSIC IS POWEFUL!!!
