October 2nd starting at 5:30pm in Eastman Park!! Show up to help fight against sexual and domestic violence and light up the night!!

Empire building women out here!!! From what I’ve learned at the beginning, looking to now, I’ve grown so much.

I graduated from college with a Marketing and Design degree.

I can officially say “I’m getting married next month!”

I have found a slight favor towards nonprofit work(and yes following in my mothers footsteps i am brainstorming a way to start my own)

I have started workout consistently and it’s helped my mental health so much!!

My business is growing.

And there’s a huge opportunity I got coming soon that I can’t wait to share more about!

Random morning thoughts with Jenna:

one thing i’ve learned is that music changes moods.

if you’re listening to a slower tempo song you might feel more down, tired, or it could be what you need to calm down the chaos in your brain to center you.

if you’re listening to a faster tempo it might help you get motivated and out of the slump you feel in the mornings. it can be motivating and electrifying!! i’ve also felt the same effect of faster tempo music that calms my brain because it overwhelms all the random thoughts in my brain and lets me focus!

Long story short, MUSIC IS POWEFUL!!!

Over the last couple of months, I’ve been working with Anna Marie's Alliance!

Non profits mean so much to me because of all the work they do for our community!

The work Anna Marie’s does to help serve victims of relationship abuse is life changing and I’m so blessed that I got to be apart of their mission.

The people who I’ve met working here are one of a kind and so incredible!

As one adventures ends,it just means a new one is right around the corner!
