Royal details from top to bottom. 👑🪓

This build features a WATL King of Diamonds head paired with a carved hickory handle, highlighted by a rich purple pearlescent finish with black inlay for contrast. Tying it all together is a Purpleheart cross wedge, adding a nice finishing touch.

Really happy with how this one is coming together. The sweeping profile, deep metallic green finish, and incredibly thin edge give it a clean, refined look that I'm proud of.
A custom hand-carved handle is already in the works and will complete the build soon. Looking forward to sharing the finished piece with everyone.

Some projects take on a life of their own.

This build started as a WATL Butcher Axe, then was completely reimagined with extensive modifications to create a one-of-a-kind piece. The custom wood-burned handle adds bold contrast to the reshaped head gives it a new look.
I enjoy taking existing axes and turning them into something unique through careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.
