After the 2015 uprising in Baltimore, Cassandra gave birth to the vision God gave her to inspire the youth of our great city to realize that they do have a voice and a purpose. In 2016, The Elevation Radio Talk Show was created as a platform where hosts Cassandra Ferguson and Placida Braswell invite their guests to go beyond the limits that the world may put on them and to reach for their God-given purpose and potential. They provide their guests with the opportunity to have real talk around real issues that are impacting our generation and will impact generations to come! The Elevation Talk Show, Millennial Takeover, Elevation Rewind and The Elevate Your Life Tour are 21st Century ministry initiatives that take the Gospel beyond the walls of the church to both inspire and motivate people to rise into their unshakable purpose. Our global media platform has been established to invite young adults, community leaders, business owners, and subject matter experts on air to offer their wisdom, expertise and insight to our audience.
As a ministry, we believe in the Titus 2 model of discipleship that calls the older generation to their responsibility to come alongside our youth to mentor and model Christlike values, virtues and social responsibility. The goal of The Elevation Talk Show is to be the voice of truth and to bring light and wisdom to world events, social issues and the marketplace. The Elevation Talk Show is a platform of celebration and empowerment for men, women, youth, businesses and ministries, both nationally and internationally.
