I gave up a promising career as a rapper and producer—not because I couldn’t make it, but because I realized fame wasn’t what I wanted.

What I really wanted?
🎬 Creative freedom
🎧 To tell stories that move people
🔥 To use sound to make an impact—quietly, from behind the camera

But making the switch to video wasn’t easy.

I wrestled with losing my music identity.
I had to learn how to blend story with sound instead of being the story.
And I had to teach others that bad audio is the fastest way to lose your audience.

What helped me stay the course?
✅ Leaning into my passion for music
✅ Learning audio engineering for film
✅ Advocating for sound as essential to video—not optional

Today I’m convinced: half of a great video is great sound.
