My printer personally delivered copies of the 2nd edition of National Park Maps today!
It's completely updated (i.e. new photos, updated maps, made all the time-entry info a little more ambiguous, included what I learned from another circuit around the parks, etc.), added nearby attractions, and ended it with weather and visitation charts for every park! And now there's a spiral-bound version!
It doesn't release until October 13. Just the way publishing works. You have to plan a book about one year in advance. I choose to schedule that conservatively. Getting done early means less stress and fewer errors (unfortunately, I know from experience). It's a very useful book that I think any fan of our magnificent National Parks will enjoy.
