This is a classic "๐ƒ๐จ๐ฆ๐š ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ข๐š" (Indian Horse Training) maneuver. Though it's promoters are Argentine, I'm sure we would have recognized some of it in our own Native American culture.

MB Horsemanship- Texas DFW (Murilo Barbosa) has adopted and repurposed Doma India Scarpati program in his own Brazilian style of c**t starting. This is the third c**t he's started for me over the years.

It is not the only way to start c**ts, but it is "his" first step. His dream is to compete at and in this country, we are all about THE DREAM.

Last year, I wrote an article about ๐Š๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ž ๐‹๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ that was published in COWGIRL Magazine. Why? Because she inspired me. Sheโ€™s a mom, wife, rancher, and top-notch c**t starter. Her c**ts go on to win major championships with leading barrel racing futurity owners and trainers.

For her, starting c**ts is โ€œmore than dollars.โ€ Sheโ€™s not just toughโ€”sheโ€™s 1923 tough. You could drop her straight into one of Taylor Sheridanโ€™s frontier dramas, and sheโ€™d fit right in.

The first time I sent a young horse to her near Woodward, Oklahoma, I had to rely on GPS to find her. The landโ€™s rugged beauty makes it easy to forget how unforgiving it can be. But this is Katieโ€™s homeโ€”her studioโ€”and the c**ts are her canvas.

I love a horse that comes running when you whistleโ€”or simply meets you at the gate. Cupcake is that kind of horse.

My husband nicknamed this c**t after he was born. The bold white river coursing down his chocolate face reminded him of a Hostess cupcake. I didnโ€™t love that name. Cupcake didnโ€™t sound like a noble nickname.

Cupcake is now a three year old stallion. Every time I laugh at something heโ€™s done or mention how much I enjoy his presence, my husband says, โ€œItโ€™s because of the name.โ€
