Intimate wedding for my longtime boyfriends friends who I’ve met once because they live so far away. Only around 20 people are coming so I know I’m already going to stand out. The bride said a “sundress is perfect” but her bridal party are all wearing what I would call a formal maxi dress. I don’t love a single one of these dresses but I’ve been looking for two months straight and the wedding is tomorrow. Please help!

Hi! I made a previous post asking for help with picking a dress for a wedding this coming weekend. Will take place in the evening at a country club in New England. Dress code states cocktail/semi-formal attire. The floral dress is from the original options I posted, but I've since added a few additional based on the feedback I got on that post. please help me decide! I thrifted the first one (BCBG) for $10. The other I rented from Nuuly but I have the chance to redo my nuuly which would mean probably not getting the gold dress in my next bag….wedding is next weekend! Emphasis is on formal but with levity of a morning ceremony.

Semi-formal, garden wedding with request of cocktail style dress. I included a picture of the "dress code".
I feel the first one is to white especially when I'm getting my picture with her but I'm going to ask her what she thinks. Yes I know the first one isn't buttoned all the way but the store was closing so I didn't have time to button it all the way. Girdles will hide all the cheesecake rolls.

Hello internet humans! 🌍💬 My mom is trying on dresses for my upcoming wedding 💒 in January 2026 in New York 🗽✨
We think both options look amazing on her 😍 and can’t decide which one to keep! 🤔👩‍👧
For context — the venue is a ballroom 🕺💃, mostly indoors, dress code is formal 👠👔, and my bridesmaids will be wearing champagne or light pink 🥂🌸
