( Chaplain Phoenix here) I apologize that we've not been posting as much as before. I'm currently unemployed trying to get as many movie/ TV gigs as I can to help pay bills. It's been really rough recently. So, I am asking y'all's prayers for the Lord to get us back in our feet. Then we'll continue posting and investigating!

🏠 NEW UPDATE: BREAKING: CONJURING HOUSE AUCTION CANCELLED! 👻
The Halloween auction for the Conjuring House has been CANCELLED as of today. This is breaking news from just the past few hours.
According to multiple sources, the mortgage loan for the property was sold on October 8, 2025. Needham Bank, which was the original lender set to conduct the foreclosure auction, has concluded a sale of the underlying mortgage loan and no longer has an interest in the infamous property.
The auction had generated significant interest - reportedly over 30,000 online views and around 90 expressions of interest from potential buyers across seven states and even the UK. Notable potential bidders included:

Paranormal investigator Jason Hawes (from Ghost Hunters), who had started a GoFundMe campaign that raised over $67,000 toward his $1.5 million goal
Comedian Matt Rife and YouTuber Elton Castee, who had previously sent a certified offer letter to the current owner

The identity of who purchased the mortgage loan has not been disclosed, but it will eventually become public through town land evidence records.

(Chaplain Phoenix here) Good Tuesday morning to you all! I apologize that we haven't posted quite so much this week. I'm going to be out of town on the 10th *on set for another movie*. I'll try to make it up to you guys' next week!

We're working on scheduling another investigation trip. It's just a matter of schedules. Mrs. Luna is in the process of moving. Mrs. Susan is working a lot. Chaplain Phoenix is in between jobs but trying to get whatever he can, however he can. Mr. Scotland is just helping everyone out! Such a great guy! LOL
