WHITTIER: Our Whittier Prep Sports News AOY goes to very own . The accolades were numerous for the La Serna Senior. Among the great finishes throughout the year. CIF Champion was just one of many.

He ended up in the State Finals placing 5th Overall with a PR of 4:07 in the 1600m.

Miller broke a lot of records at La Serna and in the Del Rio League and was consistent all 4 years at La Serna.

For his great overall Prep Career we are naming him our 2025 Athlete of The Year.

Congratulations to and Head Coach for being the 1st Del Rio League Girls Flag Football Champions. La Serna went undefeated in the leagues inaugural season.

Not an easy task considering each school brought a great team in the first year of the sport🏆

Coach has been recognized by the and the Dylan is a 2021 Graduate of and was a 2 sport Athlete in Football and Baseball. He attended where he was on the baseball team while pursuing his degree.

An exciting inaugural season for Girls Flag Football 🏈 in the Del Rio League. The hype and excitement created by the addition of Girls Football is only going to grow and we look forward to see it flourish throughout the community at the younger ages.
