Welcome to a new year of movement, meaning, and community. We’re kicking off 2026 with fresh classes, themed nights, and a deep commitment to the values we hold close: Connection, Community, Compassion, Intention, and Space to Grow.

🆕 New Classes This Season
We’re expanding our offerings with two exciting additions:
Essentrics — Tuesdays at 5:30p with Vicki
A dynamic, full-body class that blends stretching and strengthening for all levels.
Toning — Wednesdays at 6:10p with Beatriz
A sculpt-inspired follow-up that tones the whole body using fitness bands and weights.

💃 Zumba Update
Zumba now moves to Mondays at 6:45p with Beatriz—same energy, new rhythm to start your week!
