There truly aren't enough words to thank this incredible young lady and her grandpa.

Yesterday, Katie spent 4½ hours watering our downtown flowers and landscaping. That's more than community service. That's seeing a need, showing up, and making a difference.

This wasn't her first time volunteering with us this week, and that kind of dedication speaks volumes about her character. Her grandpa was right there beside her, working just as hard to make sure she had everything she needed to get the job done.

Katie and her grandpa, thank you for your servant hearts and for loving Vernon the way you do. Your willingness to give your time and effort to our community does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for both of you.
