I made these Good Choice and Reset & Solution Jars for my boys, and they’ve been a fun way to talk about choices, consequences, and making things right.

🌟 Good Choice Jar = rewards for positive choices
⚡ Reset & Solution Jar = consequences, calming strategies, and repair actions

I included a few responsibility-based tasks, but focused mostly on helping kids learn, reset, and grow instead of just punishing them.

The only way to "keep the peace" with a narcissist is by being at peace with the fact that things will always be an un-peaceful cyclone of bull sh*t with this person.

Trying to keep the peace with people in general is a normal thing to want to do.

The thing is, when you're dealing with normal people peace already exists and you don't really have to work towards keeping it.

It's just there.

With a narcissist, however, it's a different story!

They're committed to chaos, not peace.

Be at peace with the fact there's nothing you can say or do to change this person, they are a grown adult.

Be at peace with knowing that if they cared and were capable of change, it would've happened by now.

Be at peace with knowing you've already done more than enough to salvage this relationsh*t, and healing from this is possible.

Because one of the biggest breakthroughs in healing is realizing: you were never dealing with a communication problem. You were dealing with someone committed to chaos.

Dinner stress is real lately, and honestly, the grocery prices aren't helping. 😅
I’ve been grabbing this Walmart bundle lately when I just can’t deal with cooking. It’s $9.97 for a whole Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken, a large Mac & Cheese, and large Mashed Potatoes.
Pro-tip: Add a 2-liter and some Hawaiian rolls, and you’ve got a full family meal for super cheap. 🙌🏽
