We are offering Sauerbraten, one of Germany's national dishes, this Wednesday only! Sauerbraten is a tender beef roast that has marinated for several days before cooking and is served with a deeply flavorful, sweet-tangy gravy. We are serving this dish with bread dumplings and red cabbage. Be sure to make your reservations for Wednesday as we have only a limited amount available since this dish is very preparation-intensive.
