Meet Chowder, our lovable bully mix weighing about 50 pounds and just shy of 2 years old! This handsome guy is playful, sweet, and full of affection. He gets along well with most dogs that share his size and temperament and would make an excellent companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend.

Chowder loves affection — kisses, cuddles, and any attention you’ll give him! Just look at that face and tell me you don’t want to smoosh it with love! Come meet Chowder and see for yourself why he’s impossible to resist!

Stop in this week to meet this special dog! We are open Wednesday through Friday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. If you are interested in adoption, please complete the online application before you come in to speed up the adoption process. We go in order of application received, so the sooner you get in your application, the better! And don’t forget, the Pet of the Week has a discounted adoption fee of $10 off cats during their week!
