We are beyond excited to announce that Season Two of The Leadership Lounge kicks off on February 19, and we’re starting strong with a special episode from one of my favorite student affairs conferences — ACPA! This live episode promises to be an incredible experience as I interview many of my friends and engage in insightful conversations about the key lessons we are learning that leadership, especially in this entire time of uncertainty in the world at the conference. This first season of The Leadership Lounge has been such an incredible journey, and I'm so proud of what we've created together. Every episode was crafted with you in mind to inspire, challenge, and help you grow as a leader. We kicked things off with Dr. Kellie Dixon talking about what makes a leader, followed by Dr. Zakiya Brown sharing how our past can shape our leadership style.
Olivia Babin joined us to break down the tough task of leading those who resist leadership. Most recently, Brandon Romano and I got real about defining success and how that journey looks different for everyone. This first season is all about your growth, your reflections, and your leadership journey. I'm so thankful for the support and can't wait to bring you even more in season two.
