Spicy Glazed Chicken Drumsticks SMASH OR PASS!
Ingredients:

3 lbs chicken drumsticks

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Glaze:

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:

Prep the Chicken:

Pat the drumsticks dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Bake or Grill:

Oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.

Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for about 25–30 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked.

Make the Glaze:

In a saucepan, combine all glaze ingredients. Simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened (5–7 minutes).

Coat & Caramelize:

Brush the glaze over the chicken and return to oven or grill for 5–10 minutes until sticky and caramelized.

Serve:

Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
